Angel art has been around for a long, long time. Angels themselves have been a part of human history and story-telling for a long time as well... most likely since the first words were scribed and the first oral traditions handed down. There is something innately mysterious and captivating about angels. Angel art endeavors to reflect this mystery and allure on canvas. Perhaps in so doing, angel art can open a window or a door into the heaven worlds. There seems to be a collective memory imprinted deep in the psyche as to the existence of angels and angelic beings. "Winged creatures", "Benevolent Spirits" and "Divine Helpers" for example, have been spoken of and written about in cultures, mythologies and religious traditions for thousands of years.
